Why we exist
When it comes to entrepreneurship we usually learn by making mistakes, watching countless Youtube videos, buying courses, hiring consultants etc, then in an effort to try to get out name out there we join countless networking groups that accomplish very little, most people are there to sell something but no ones is there to buy anything, lol
We decided to create the Tulsa Entrepreneurs Association where we house everything we have found we needed a long the way, business education, sales training, tech integration for our businesses, mastermind groups to keep each other accountable and grow personally without losing our family or health, while also showcasing each others businesses products and services in such a unique way that not only you would be able to get feedback on how you present your services but also make yourself known to those that are looking for your services.
Our team is a unique group with experience in the brick and mortar, service, real estate, & internet industry, some of our have had successful business acquisitions and successful exits, while keeping our home life as our most treasured priority, meaning we stay away from the hustle culture - doing whatever it takes to succeed.

My Name is Roberto Garcia, Im happily married, have 4 wonderful children.
I started my first little business in high school, getting involved with sales & leadership environments has always been a part of me, eventually I started getting a little more wisdom, started a personal training business that I ran for almost a decade, at one point I was the personal trainer of our Oklahoma's Governor.
Eventually I either started or got involved with different types of businesses, finally in 2020 I bought my first business, since then I gained a little more knowledge about business that have given our family a purpose, to teach others how to do the same and better.
I believe that if you are not winning at home you are not truly winning. I have bought and sold multiple businesses, currently operate & have equity positions on multiple ventures across different fields, such as, service industry, real estate, and internet related products and services. Im passionate about helping people find their calling and help them succeed both at home and in business.

For over 23 years I've bought and sold more then 1,000 properties, renovated 100+ homes, and built multiple 7-figure real estate portfolios and businesses from the ground up. My passion is to help faith-based businesses without compromise.

Legal support & legal advice : Every business owner needs a lawyer in their team period, however not everyone can afford legal fees for Consultations and much less to keep a lawyer on a retainer, our members will have legal services included with their Membership.

monthly conferences : every month we will hold a unique conference where every member will be invited, in these meetings we will have education, business training, specific training topics, and we will have specific business owners from various industries pitch the whole group, we will then give them feedback on their offer and help them craft a more compelling offer, we will also Recognize members who are doing Exceptionally well at implementing what we teach and much much more.

Question 1: Could I check out one of the meetings first before signing up for any program?

Question 2: What will the legal services include?
Access to legal forms& plain english templates, legal Q&A & advice by email, answers within 24-48 hr, by the attorney, contract review 2 per quarter, resources library, checklists, guides etc. Discounted legal work such as criminal or more involved work, reasonable legal
Question 3: Is this life coaching?
It is not, nevertheless, the three main people in our firm highly value marriage, parenting, wholeness and their relationship with God so there will be lots of life coaching principles that will be involved throughout our meetings etc. We believe you are not truly winning in business if you are failing at home, so we want to help our clients to win at home too.
Question 4: Are these Christian only meetings?
The three main people running this company are Christian and highly value their spiritual walk, however you are not required to be a Christian to attend, you also will not be slapped with the bible or judged on your personal beliefs, but it will be very evident for anyone that attends as many sessions and principles will have a biblical bases or principle involved.
Question 5: What if I need more help and require 1 on 1 attention?
Most business owners will be able to win with our mastermind meetings, conferences, school, and community guidance, however for anyone that would like to work with us 1 on 1 instead of group we will have an application available to apply, note, it may be rejected, simply because of the volume of clients we serve but it is available for the right companies.
Question 6: What does the online business school include?
It will include the fundamentals of business, money, understanding and having a healthy view of wealth, sales marketing, software trainings, business SOP's, automations, employee trainings and much much more, we will add more as time goes on, when you first sign up there will be enough in the school to keep you busy.
Anyone who completes the foundational of our business school after completing a few different trainings will have the opportunity to become a facilitator and eventually a consultant with our firm.
Question 7: What is included in the app?
The app will have all our our courses and business school in it, new courses and programs will be added on there, our exclusive communities will be there, people will be able to post and comment on other peoples posts and comments, events, videos, announcements, & business showcases will be there.
Question 8: What exactly is a mastermind meeting?
A mastermind meeting usually consists of a meeting with at least 2 or more people gathered around a similar purpose, growth & accountability. Our mastermind meetings will be for 16 business owners or less as opposed to our conferences which will have 20+. Our meetings will have a central theme that will be discussed at each meeting, we will then go around the room and discuss how you will apply that principle to your business, at the end we will have a time where everyone will have the opportunity to share and obstacle they had the previous month and we will collectively solve that problem before the meeting is over.
Question 9: What exactly is a conference?
A TEA conference will usually have 20+ business owners, as opposed to our mastermind meetings being in a board room, our seminars will be help in large conference rooms where we will have different speakers educate, train and equip the business owners on various topics, every business owner will receive clarity and confidence on what to do after each meeting
